We do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for products that are damaged or faulty, as each item is made to order.

We have a 7-day refund or replacement policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement the item must be damaged, misprinted, wrong item received, manufacturing defects, lost-in-transit.

We do not require you to return the item. We just need description of the problem, photos, and your order number.

It can take 48 to 72 hours for claims to be resolved and then for replacements to be sent to production (which can take 1-3 bus production days then shipping time) or refund to be submitted to payment method but please allow bank processing time of 3-7 bus days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards and sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
